Casey Kesselring was born in Geulph Ontario and raised in nearby Kitchener Ontario 1 hour southwest of Toronto. Casey played his junior hockey at the legendary Athol Murray College of Notre Dame in Wilcox Saskatchewan from 1992 to 1994.

At this point he was lucky enough to earn a full athletic scholarship to Merrimack College. While at Merrimack his honors included; Hockey East All Rookie Team 95, Merrimack leading scorer 96-97, 98 Hockey East- ECAC All-star, Hockey East Distinguished scholar.

After graduating Merrimack with honors Casey signed a pro contract with the Calgary Flames organization. Although Casey never reached his ultimate goal of playing in the NHL he did play 5 years in the minors with such honors as: 99 ECHL All-star, offensive player of the month 99, twice the second leading scorer for the Pee Dee Pride.

Casey is currently the Head coach of the Pinkerton Academy Astros. In his first two years at the helm Casey turned the Astros from a one win team into a state semi finalist and an eighteen-win team in year two. After the season Casey was voted the New Hampshire Division 1 coach of the year.  Casey also is the Director of Hockey Operations for Total Sports Management a NH based hockey agency.

The son of a teacher Casey enjoys the challenges and rewards of teaching young hockey players the game he loves. Casey currently resides in Goffstown NH with his wife Shawndra and his children Michael, Lexi and Mason
